About Us

Our founders created a number of innovative solutions to help with living and working though the pandemic and adapting their flat to become an effective living space but also doubling up as an effective office for 3 people.

Space was limited, but also just as important was 'headspace'.  To be able to separate a leisure environment from a working environment, in order to relax.  

One of the creations at that time was a dressing table that doubled as a desk.  But 2020 was not the right time to bring these ideas to market.  Since that time, the idea never went away and in 2024 work began in earnest on the first Slideboard. 

Many, many prototypes and frustrations later, the finished product has been fully developed, road tested and has now been launched. 

In our pipeline are many more functional and exciting creations all targeted at professional people with limited space - a bar, a dressing table, a dining table and a TV cabinet. 

Soltar is a customer facing business and cannot succeed without many happy customers - we can only make you happy by listening to you.  We sincerely hope our products enrich your lives and would love to hear your ideas for modifications to improve our existing products, or ideas for future products.
