Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses. Your Slideboard is a large, precision-engineered piece of furniture and we take care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Delivery timeframe: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of your order. We will contact you to confirm your delivery date in advance, and will do our best to accommodate a day that works for you.

Delivery method: Your order will be delivered to your room of choice by our courier team. To ensure we can get your Slideboard to you safely, please note the following:

  • Where there is no lift, we are able to deliver to ground floor or first floor only
  • Where a lift is available, we can deliver to any floor, provided the lift is large enough to accommodate the item
  • Please measure doorways, hallways, and stairwells in advance to confirm access — our team will not be able to complete delivery if the route is impassable
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as a signature will be required

Please check your order on delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product at the point of delivery, please note this with the driver and contact us at admin@soltar.design immediately.

Returns

We want you to be completely delighted with your Slideboard. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@soltar.design. Please do not attempt to return items without contacting us first, as unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

Collection: Once your return is agreed, we will arrange collection at a mutually convenient time. A collection fee of £100 applies, which will be deducted from your refund.

Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items before processing a refund.

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
